Introduction









Building healthy habits can be hard. 360 health coaching will help you create practical, holistic health goals and help you reach them. This will lead to improved overall health, higher energy levels, mental clarity, and well-being. As a personal trainer in the past, I found that a lot of people had difficulty sticking with an exercise routine because they were not concurrently dealing with emotional hurt. When you approach health while healing emotionally, it gives you the mental space you need to focus. Lose weight while focusing on your health, not a scale. Go from emotional turmoil to emotional clarity and 

                  My health coaching program will help you:

  •    Create an overall picture of your current attitude towards health and help you chart
  • a course to your desired health goals
  •  Improve your quality of life 
  • Heal from an abusive marriage or relationship and focus on your health and wellness journey
  • Set goals that work for your lifestyle and your schedule,  
  •  Provide support if you have difficulty exercising due to health-related issues such as arthritis, joint pain, diabetes 
  • Provide nutritional analysis and support in healthy meal planning 
  • Help you periodically assess your goals and make adjustments so you can reach them
  • Help new moms with infants navigate motherhood


The first step is a free consultation to help you get a clear picture of my coaching program and how you fit into it. The free session will last for 30 minutes to an hour. The first coaching session is one-on-one in-depth assessment and coaching session in which I assess how your lifestyle factors and help you create health goals based on what you want to achieve. 

My program will consist of one on one coaching in which I will assess different lifestyle factors in a conversational manner. We can meet on video chat, zoom or over the phone (audio only).

 NOTE: You should have any exercise program that you participate in authorized by your physician. Exercise and nutrition programs should be done in conjunction with your medical professional and medical orders. You will need to share with your health coach any medical conditions that you have.
