Physical manifestations of anxiety: 
These physical manifestations of anxiety are examples of how our mental health can affect our physical health. Often physical health is considered more important than mental health but they each have their place and are important in their own way. It is important to know our own anxiety triggers and also learn things that alleviate our anxiety. 
Triggers could be a certain thought pattern, a negative environment, a negative experience, difficulty coping with a situation in life, or a sudden life change.

Coping skills or alleviating factors could be
Exercise, yay fitness!
Mood stabilizing foods,
Music, 
An honest conversation with a friend,
Therapy/counseling
A slow walk through nature,
Being surrounded by nature,
Art and creativity,
Distractions such as movies,
