Low carb, colorful and tasty meal
An easy way to make salads is to buy a salad mix and add extra ingredients. I bought a Southwest Sald mix and added:
One grated organic carrot to one serving of this salad,
1/2 of an avocado seasoned with salt and black pepper,
One cumuber,
Antibiotic free chicken baked with honey mustard dressing and lemon pepper. To the upper right corner I have some brown rice with a little tomato stew (sauce) in it, that recipe will be included in another post on www.sizzledrizzl.blogspot.com. It was truly a tasty meal.
